ISIS is a database in which you can search for records of persons in the numerous sources of the Zeeuws Archief [Zeeland Archives]. Just enter a name and ISIS informs you in which sources that name occurs. You can also use other queries or combinations of these. Zeeuws Archief ISIS now contains four million records. It is also possible to order copies of records. Press the ‘Order info’ button to see how to place an order and what the charges are. The content of ISIS is the result of many years work by dozens of volunteers and staff at the Zeeuws Archief. You may encounter input errors and many sources have not yet been (fully) recorded in ISIS. It can happen that the access to Zeeuws Archief ISIS has some delay. On some parts of the day the interest for Zeeuws Archief ISIS is big. The amelioration of the access has our attention. When the log on is with difficulty, please try later.
